Every 90 seconds...

Tomorrow we'll be doing some touch n' go squat cleans in our strength portion of the workout. Cycling a barbell can be a tricky task, so planning a weight that is manageable is important! It takes a toll on your grip, your forearm strength, your legs for getting deep into your squat, and your mental toughness to hang onto the bar! You can do it!

If you want to work on barbell movements specifically, then checking out Barbell Club on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays is a great idea! And you don't ever have to run during it! ;)

The CrossFit Games Open sign up begins Thursday, January 11th!!! You are going to get sick of hearing me tell you to sign up, so just do yourself a favor and get it over with immediately. Everyone can do the Open!
