A reminder that the monthly Mommy + Me class is tomorrow morning at 10:30am. All moms are welcome to bring their kids and get a workout in! We incorporate the kids for part of the session. We will be joined by a pelvic floor physical therapist to talk to us about common pregnancy and postpartum issues and how to determine if you have any and how to address them!
Some of us are participating in a fitness competition April 14 & 15 in Dunedin called Wod Wars III. Here is the FB event info. There are many divisions and it is same sex teams of 3 for Novice, Intermediate, RX, and Masters. It will be similar to the in-house competition we did last month only with more people! Registration is still open! Check out the standards and workouts here. We would love to have more teams sign up!
Speaking of teams, I have posted the teams to the board for the Open competition. Start thinking of your team name. There is still time to register!
Captains will be in charge of reaching out to all team members to coordinate times, outfits, etc.
