Closing out the Year

Thank you to Eileen for being an amazing host for our Holiday Party! We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and hope you all did too! We appreciate those of you who came out and brought something to share, and loved seeing all of the holiday outfits! I hope you all aren't hurting too bad on this beautiful Sunday!

2017 is coming to a close, and we're approaching the time of year where many people reflect on what they accomplished and what they are still hoping to achieve in the future. We will be creating a Goals board at the gym that will serve as a gentle reminder of what you want to work on to better your fitness.

Use the next couple of weeks to think back on this year of training - whether it's your first year or sixth - and how far you've come. For me, 2017 was a year of new beginnings, with having a baby and starting a new role as a mom, but also starting back over in the gym. I know that I am on a journey with fitness and there will always be highs and lows, and chasing goals is what keeps me engaged every week of training. What did you do this year that surprised you?

Start thinking about what you want to accomplish in 2018!
