With 1 week left of the CrossFit Open, we are going to finish this week with more Open-style workouts and movements. In April the programming will be opened back up to a more broad array of exercises and workout styles, and a focus on strength and skill work. We love hearing from all of you about the programming so if there is anything you feel is missing, please let myself or Joel know.
Don't forget that there are 3 extra credit workouts per week, and also Barbell club available to you 4 times per week if you are looking to increase the volume of your workouts or focus specifically on your lifting.
We will also be placing another order for general gym t-shirts fairly soon and will do another pre-order sale so keep an eye for that!
