Join Coach Wes for a free olympic lifting skill session before Saturday class. You will focus on specific technique work, practice drills, and feel more confident in your lifts!

Sunday Yoga with Michelle is back! Enjoy an hour long class of poses designed to help you recover from our high intensity workouts. This class is free for all members and for non-members on July 14 for our Free Week. Drop ins are $12.
July 7 - July 13 Delete your Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media apps to do a week long detox from scrolling. Limit screen time in an effort to connect more with people IRL, save your eyes and thumbs from falling off, and be more present.
Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:30 AM for 4 weeks, July 10th - August 2nd.
Now that you've brought a baby into the world, it's time to rehab your body, mind, and soul. In this eight-session group training series, you will:
-honor your postpartum body,
-establish a solid core foundation,
-wake up your posterior chain,
-and enhance your posture through safe, effective functional movements that transfer into everyday life tasks.
Come prepared to move, sweat, and connect with other new moms.
Non-mobile babies welcome. No fitness experience is required.

Join us for our next Free Week of Fitness! All new athletes are welcome to try us out all week long absolutely free. No prior experience or skill needed.
This is the perfect way to try CrossFit without any obligation! And if you love it, we'll discuss the next steps :)
Current athletes that bring in friends/family who sign up will receive 5% off their dues for the duration of their membership. So bring a friend!
We have childcare available at 9am daily, and 5:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday.
