Join us on Sunday, August 7th at 10am for a Yoga class lead by our own Michelle Hall (@yoga_and_kale)!
You will enjoy the benefits of increased mobility, focus, and relaxation which will aid you not only in your regular workout routines, but in your daily life!
This class is FREE for members, and $10 for non-members. It is open to anyone and everyone so please bring a friend. This class is perfect for beginners, but all skill levels are welcome.
Refreshments will be provided at the end of class.
